About the Author
Anneli LeGault is a partner in the Employment, Pension and Research Group in the Toronto office of the national law firm
Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. A graduate of the University of Toronto (Hons. BA, LLB), she was
called to the Ontario bar in 1982. She is currently the co-chair of the firm's National Labour and Employment Practice, which includes
labour and employment lawyers from British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec.
Anneli represents management in employment, human rights, equity, labour relations and privacy matters. She frequently gives
speeches and seminars on human rights, privacy, employment equity, pay equity, downsizing, discipline and wrongful dismissal.
She has been an editor of Focus on Canadian
