Q:How do I log in to CCH Online?
A:Go to http://www.cch.ca, locate the Log Into CCH Online box, select the appropriate service in the list, type your user name and password, and then click Go. Alternatively, go to the service's URL directly (listed below) and type your user name and password to log in.

Q:How can I change my password?
A:Your CCH Online Administrator can assist you in changing your password. To request assistance, go the Tools menu, click My Account and click Email Administrator.
 
Q:How do I search?
A:Open a search form, type in keywords, select the appropriate search options, and click Search. Search forms are available from the Search menu or from the Search Your Subscriptions drop-down list on the CCH Online Home Page. CCH Online includes four types of search forms: (1) Contents Search (searches checked sections of the Table of Contents), (2) Go To Specific Document (looks up a document by number or ID), (3) Case Search (searches for cases by name, keyword, or other detail), and (4) Topic Search (for specific topics and subscriptions).
