| A: | The link is referring to a document to which you do not have access such as a "Tax Window File" or to a paragraph in the "CCH Commentary". CGA students have access to the Canadian Income Tax Act, Bulletins, Information Circulars, and Advance Rulings on this CD. |

| Q: | I only see a red X when I click on the "Contents" button or when viewing the Table Of Contents pane in "All-on-one view"? |
| A: | The "Table of Contents" is a Java applet and requires MS Java VM. You can obtain a copy of MS Java VM from our download section. Reboot your PC after MS Java VM has been installed. |

| Q: | How do I change my CCH Online Personal Edition view? |
| A: | The default view in CCH Online Personal Edition is called the "Toggle" view with buttons running down the left side of the page.
To change your view:
1. Click on the "Preferences" button
2. Select "All-on-one" view, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on "OK".
You will now be viewing the "All-on-one" view displaying the "Table of Contents" on the left, the "Document" pane on the right, and the "Hit List" pane on the bottom right. We recommend using the "All-on-one" view as this allows you to see the Table of Contents, Document, and Hit List at the same time without having to navigate to another page.
To go back to the "Toggle" view:
1. Select "Prefs" from the CCH Online program Toolbar
2. Select "Toggle" view, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on "OK".
