The CCH Website provides a self service option for examining your active subscriptions and account history, updating your customer profile, and making online payments.

Account Balance

The account balance page allows you to view your currently due account balance along with your upcoming invoices and a one year history for your account. Each unique view is comprised of an itemized and sortable list.

You may also drill down and examine a digital version of any past invoice online. The invoice details include billing, shipping, and purchase information, as well as applicable discounts, taxes, and shipping and handling charges.

Online Payment

The online payment page allows you to make a payment to your account online with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.

Order Status

The order status page allows you to get an update on the status of your open or recently shipped orders.

Active Subscriptions

Wondering when your current subscription will lapse? The active subscriptions page gives you easy access to information about your current subscriptions.
