| CCH Training and Conference Policy |

Definitions
Webinars – web-based seminars that are held virtually, under the guidance of CCH’s trainers and/or authorized consultants.
Seminars – conducted in-person, by training specialists on industry or product-related topics.
Conferences – a series of topical seminars geared towards broadening subject knowledge for the professional.
Self-Study Education – Independent learning modules designed to allow users to complete designations and certifications.
Product Tours – Independent web-based learning modules designed to provide CCH product knowledge.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund
The following will apply for all CCH sponsored Webinars, Seminars and Conferences where payment is required:
- Online registrations must be accompanied with a credit card payment.
- Cancellations received in writing by email or fax two weeks (10 business days) prior to the start date of the session will be accepted. CCH’s regular refund process will be followed.
- Taxprep and CANTAX Seminars will be subject to a two (2) business day cancellation deadline
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 business days prior to the start date of the session. The cutoff will be 2 business days, in the case of Taxprep and CANTAX Seminars.
- If an attendee cannot attend, substitution of participants is welcome up to the session date without prior notification.
- CCH Canadian Limited reserves the right to cancel an event if necessary, and in this case, will provide a full refund of registration fees. No liability will be assumed by CCH for changes in program date, contents, speaker or venue.
- Call CCH Customer Service 1-800-268-4522 (Canada & U.S.) or 416-224-2248 (Toronto) if you would like to have the course billed to your CCH account – the account must be in good standing.
