| Q: | I clicked on my test, the screen flashed for a second, and now my test is grayed out and cannot be selected? |
| A: | The test pops up in a separate window and was prevented
from doing so by a pop-up blocker. Call the CCH Technical Support line at 1-800-263-4983 or send an
email to support@cch.ca to have the test "un-blocked".
Turn off any pop-up blockers such as the ones on the Yahoo, Google, or MSN Toolbars (see below) before selecting the
test again after it has been "un-blocked". You may also hold down the CTRL key when selecting the test which will override
the pop-up blocker.

| A: | Before taking a test, please refer to the "How To" section in Trainingsphere for a guide on how to take a test.
To take the test, select "My Tests" from the menu. Remember to turn off any pop-up blockers before taking the test.
