If possible, when calling Technical Support:

• Be at the computer when you call.
• Have information available about your hardware, software, operating system, and network (if applicable). We need to know how your system is configured to be able to help you fix the problem.
• Make notes of the steps you took up to the point where you experienced the problem(s), including any error messages.
