Mike was an early adopter of technological innovations such as the personal computer, local area networking and mobile computing to enhance performance in
both his professional and personal endeavors. Now some thirty-five years later, Mike has vast experiences with the challenges and benefits that come from embracing
the rapidly changing business and personal world we encounter today. Mike has traveled both nationally and internationally assisting firms with adoption of new

Before Chris joined Wolters Kluwer, he was a Computer Graphic Designer, working with AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop and Corel Draw. Moving
from an artistic background to a technical field was new for Chris let alone into a Technical Tax position. Being comfortable in working
with computers, he had a feel for the opportunity he knew he could have at Wolters Kluwer. Chris is self-made in the technical side of our
industry and learned a wide range of Pfx and CCH Axcess product knowledge through the ranks of Pfx Systems Support and Wolters Kluwer
Tier 2 Support before moving on to become a Software Consultant in the Professional Client Services team (Training and Consulting). During his
time in Support he took advantage of improving his experiences with Windows, Windows Server, SQL and IIS. This knowledge led to the possibility
of his current implementation position as a Software Consultant. Along with his 8 years of experience with Wolters Kluwer, Chris has had a
lifetime of customer service in all aspects of his work history. He is highly motivated, focused and always willing to help. He is constantly
pulled in two directions but can multi-task with the best of them (unless he is talking and driving at the same time, then he's likely to end up
on the wrong side of town)!
